Oh Yum! What could be better than a reese's peanut butter cup baked into a cookie, shaped like a cupcake? Turns out, not a whole lot!
When my sister found these at
Cookies & Cups, I knew we had to make them for something. They are a combination of all of my favorite things, and are so easy! We whipped up a batch while watching The Voice and were done before Cee-Lo turned around with that creepy white cat!
And seriously, they could not be easier to make. All you need is 2 packages of break and bake cookies (we used 1 chocolate chip and 1 sugar) and 24 reese's peanut butter cups. Let the cookie dough get a little soft while you unwrap the peanut butter cups and line your muffin tins. Then take 2 chunks of cookie dough and wrap them around a reese's (make sure to cover the reese's completely). Pop them into the muffin tin, then bake at 350 for about 15-18 minutes. Be warned, the tops will sink in (kind of a lot) but don't worry, they will still be delish!
Happy April, Rachel!
